Christmas Eve - Part Two

Well every year we try and take a few pictures of the kids in their jammies in front of tree..This year it was so special with all 4 girls together. Sam was not totally cooperating so Aly was up for the task of holding Alex up. Kendall was infatuated with touching Alex. Very cute and amusing.




Now everyone is looking but Sam. Sam loves baby Kendall..

When Aly was getting ready to leave Sam gave her a big hug. Sam loves her older cousin Aly so much. They are such cuties together..

We got one good family picture..Except I put my hair partway up after dinner and forgot to take it down..ughh oh well...

Christmas Eve - PArt one

Well every year we do Christmas Eve at our house..It has totally become tradition and we love it. Everyone comes over around 3 or 4 o'clock and we play ping pong, visit, play with the kids, watch a movie, eat a yummy dinner, etc... It is a lot of fun and the whole family comes. This year we had some extra special guests we had Uncle Neil and Aunt Carol from New Jersey. They made the long drive across the country and it was so much fun to have them. We also had Dan's sister Aunt Amy here for the actual holiday too. So we had a full house of 18 people. Wouldn't have it any other way.

Here are a few pictures from that afternoon/evening.

After dinner we gave the kids their Christmas Jammies and we got all 4 kids bathed and in them. Here is Aunt Sarah (my brothers wife and Mommy to Aly and Kendall), Aunt Stephenie (Aunt Sarah's sister and my sometimes partner in crime) and me and Sam and Aly..how cute do they look in pjs..

Gingerbread house - Take one

Well I bought a Gingerbread house with everything included thinking what a fun activity that would be for us to do with Sam this year. Well it was a lot of fun and lots of laughing on Dan and mys part....We made such a mess of it but lots of fun was had by the three of us.

The funniest part was after Sam spent so much time putting all the candy's on the house after it was over she wanted to take each one off individually and wipe off the icing...Not sure why...

Here we are just getting started and Dan is in charge of the icing after I did one window and messed it all up...

We are serious now and getting to work...

Girls day out - Christmas Cookies

We had a super fun girls day out at my sister in laws house (aka Aunt Sarah) making Christmas cookies one fun Sunday morning in December. It was so nice to get together with the girls and the grandmothers and let the little ones make cookies. Sam was definitely not as into making the cookies instead she just wanted to put icing on the cooked ones and eat them..She is a champion cookie eater...

It was a fun day so here are a few pictures of the little ones.

We were getting ready to go out on cold December day and I got Sam's new boots out and put them on her and she thought she was so cool wearing boots like Mommy's...when Sam is very excited about anything her favorite thing to say is "Oh Goody!"...well these boots got an Oh Goody from her...
