Finishing up updates from 2009..

So we already told you all about Christmas Eve but I had a few more pictures to share and then we can move on to Christmas Day...
Sam and Aly eating Christmas Eve dinner. They are such hams...

After baths both girls got into their Christmas pajamas. Aly loves to give Sam hugs and Sam loves it!!

Sam just being silly by the fireplace.

Okay so now it is Christmas Day. We opened presents from Santa and us at our house by ourselves first thing. Sam still didn't quite get it but had fun none the less.

Sam got a Hello Kitty purse and loves it..She had been going through all my purses and carrying them around for some time so thought it was time for her to have her own..

Sam also got some flash cards for Christmas and she loves flash cards...She will dump out the entire box and dig through for one in particular..Lately it has been airplane. She can also say her numbers and identify them 1 through 8 she gets confused on 9 and 10 but still working in it..And she knows all her colors...Not sure why be she is very fascinated with the white crayon in the box. Silly kid.

After opening gifts at our house we got ready and headed over to our annual Christmas brunch at my brother and sister in laws house..I love this event every year. My sister in laws puts on an amazing brunch. Also we did away with gifts for the adults 2 years ago and do a white elephant gift exchange and we separate it by male and female and that is always fun for a good laugh too. Gosh I am so blessed to have such a wonderful family!!!
Here is "GG" my mom and Sam and Alyson playing with one of Alyson's new toys..

Here Sam is playing with Alyson's new grocery cart although Sam thinks it is a stroller to put dolls in. We could not get that blanket and bottle away from her for a very long time..She had so much fun.
Sam and Aly eating at their very own table for Christmas brunch. Pretty soon another seat at that table will be filled with my brother and sister in laws baby #2 due in March. We are so excited for them.
